Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of OrioleFly, including prompts, uploads, generated images and videos, training datasets, and anything you share from your account.

OrioleFly is an independent platform that integrates third-party AI models. Model names shown in the product refer to those integrations, not to OrioleFly itself.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use OrioleFly to create, request, store, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive images or videos;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that sexualizes minors;
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation outputs intended to mislead about real individuals;
• Illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or violent material;
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Malware or attempts to probe, scan, or compromise our systems or third-party providers.

Prompts are screened before generation. Outputs may also be reviewed automatically. Content that violates this policy may be blocked, removed, or made inaccessible in your account.

3. Training and uploads

If you use training or dataset features, you represent that your uploads are lawful, that you have the rights to use them, and that they do not contain NSFW or prohibited material.

Do not upload images of real people without their consent when the result could be used to impersonate or mislead.

Subject or identity-focused training (for example, LoRA training on a specific person's likeness) is not permitted. Use style, object, or general training modes only for lawful creative assets you own or are licensed to use.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict downloads, force private visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, and report serious violations to authorities or payment partners when we believe this policy or our Terms have been violated.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent account closure without refund.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
