Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for paid subscriptions and point purchases on OrioleFly. By purchasing a paid plan or points, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current period and will not be charged again. We may offer a prorated or full refund at our discretion for billing errors, duplicate charges, or exceptional circumstances reported within 14 days of the charge.
3. Points and usage
Points are consumed when you run generation tasks. Refunds are not provided for points already spent on completed or failed jobs except where a failed job could not be retried and our systems confirm a billing error on our side. Signup bonus and promotional points have no cash value and are not refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Contact team@oriolefly.com with your account email, charge date, and reason. We typically respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
